Hanna Salinity Calibration

HI70024P is a premium quality 35.00 ppt salinity calibration solution that is NIST traceable and contained in portable single-use sachets. Each sachet has the lot number and expiration date stamped on it and is made of light block foil ensuring freshness each time one is opened. Hanna's line of calibration solutions have been specially formulated to have an expiration of 5 years from the date of manufacture for an unopened sachet. The HI70024P is for 25 sachets containing 20 mL of solution.

📸 How to Participate

  1. Take a great picture of your fish or aquarium.
  2. Email your picture to tropicalshowcasequestions@gmail.com.
  3. In your email, please include:
    1. Your account email: The email address linked to your TropicalShowcase.com account, if it's different from the email you're sending from.
    2. Your name or nickname: Tell us how you'd like to be credited in the picture.
  4. If we select and use your picture, you’ll receive a $10 Tropical Showcase store credit as a thank-you!

By submitting your photo, you give Tropical Showcase permission to use it in our promotional images and marketing materials if selected.

Live Goods Return Policy

All livestock purchases are final. Special consideration can be made when proof of the deceased animal is presented to management within 48 hours of purchase. Must have a separate water tank sample for testing and current picture of the tank the animal was housed in. Specials ordered fish have no chance of a special consideration.

Dry Goods Return Policy

Special order items are subject to a 33% restocking Fee.

Merchandise returns are as follows: 7 Days from the date of the purchase, unopened, with original receipt. Light bulbs and open electronics are Non-refundable.

All returns must have an Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Code, which is obtained by contacting us directly.

  • RMA Codes will only be issued for items within 30 days of purchase.
  • Returns will only be processed for merchandise that is in NEW condition, unopened in its original packaging
  • Return Shipping costs are at the expense of the customer. We do not reimburse shipping costs.
  • COD’s are not accepted as returns and will not be accepted.
  • Packages received without RMA Codes will not be refunded.

If there are functional issues or defects discovered after the product has been opened, please contact the manufacturer directly.
