Live Goods Return Policy

All livestock purchases are final. Special consideration can be made when proof of the deceased animal is resented to management within 48 hours of purchase. Must have a separate water tank sample for testing and current picture of the tank the animal was housed in. Specials ordered fish have no chance of a special consideration.

Dry Goods Return Policy

Special order items are subject to a 33% restocking Fee.

Merchandise returns are as follows: 7 Days from the date of the purchase, unopened, with original receipt. Light bulbs and open electronics are Non-refundable.

All returns must have an Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Code, which is obtained by contacting us directly.

• RMA Codes will only be issued for items within 30 days of purchase.
• Returns will only be processed for merchandise that is in NEW condition, unopened in its original packaging
• Return Shipping costs are at the expense of the customer. We do not reimburse shipping costs.
• COD’s are not accepted as returns and will not be accepted.
• Packages received without RMA Codes will not be refunded.

If there are functional issues or defects discovered after the product has been opened, please contact the manufacturer directly.
